INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

proceeds smoothly--please read these instructions carefully before you begin.

HIGH GLOSS ACRYLIC SURFACE

NOTE: Take extra care in handling surfaces of the bath. Use only non-abrasive cloths to avoid scratching.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

A. Set up the cover in the desired location. Locate

the drain outlet location and supply line locations

for the faucet (see faucet instructions).

B. Recommend cutting floor cutout - 10" x 5-5/8"

(254mm x 143mm) use cover as guide, as shown

in rough-in detail.

C. Mark lines on the floor for the cover location. Use

these to relocate cover.

D. Turn the cover over and apply silicone caulking to

the bottom of the cover as shown.

A. Set cover down in place and secure to the floor with

6 screws (not provided) through wood strip locations.

B. Apply foam tape to outside top edge, even with the

top edge. Trim away excess gasket.

A. Assemble drain to tub per instructions below.

DRAIN Step 1 DRAIN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Slide the drain nuts and poly-vinyl washers onto the overflow and drain tubes. OVERFLOW ASSEMBLY Assemble the overflow and drain tubes loosely to the drain tee. OVERFLOW & DRAIN SHOE TUBE MUST EXTEND 1"-1.5" INTO DRAIN TEE ENDS Note: The beveled edge of the washer and threaded side of the nut must face the drain tee prior to assembly. Dry mount the Overflow Assembly and Drain Shoe onto tub as shown.

DRAIN Step 6 PLUNGER ASSEMBLY Adjust brass Plunger Bolt and Lock Nut for a 1/2"-5/8" minimum opening, then tighten Lock Nut against Plumber Shaft to secure height adjustment. BRASS PLUNGER BOLT & LOCK NUT ! CAUTION: Plunger Lock Nut must be tightened against plunger 1/2"-5/8" shaft prior to tub use. DRAIN Step 7 TEST DRAIN OPERATION BY TURNING OVERFLOW HANDLE AS FOLLOWS: TO OPEN DRAIN: TO CLOSE DRAIN: Turn knob 1/8 turn clockwise (K). Turn knob 1/8 turn counterclockwise (L).

POST INSTALLATION CLEAN-UP Remove all construction debris from bath. Do not use wire brushes or any other metal implement on bath surface. Post installation clean-up generally can be completed using warm water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Stubborn dirt or stains may be removed using granular Spic and Span® mixed with water. Painter's naphtha can be used to remove excess adhesives and/or wet oil-base paint.

DE DESAGÜE DEL - 1 INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN: Deslice las tuercas del desagüe y las arandelas de polivinílico sobre el rebosadero y los tubos de desagüe. KIT DE REBOSADERO Ensamble el rebosadero y los tubos de desagüe sin mucha tensión al tubo en T de desagüe. Nota: El borde biselado de la arandela y el lado roscado de la tuerca deben mirar hacia el tubo en T de desagüe antes de ensamblar.

DE DESAGÜE DEL - 6 KIT DE PISTÓN Ajuste el perno y la contratuerca de pistón de latón para una abertura mínima de 1/2"-5/8", luego ajuste la contratuerca contra el eje del pistón para fijar el ajuste de la altura. PERNO Y CONTRATUERCA DE PISTÓN DE LATÓN ! PRECAUCIÓN: La contratuerca de pistón debe ajustarse contra el 1/2"-5/8" eje del pistón antes de usar la tina.

LIMPIEZA POSTERIOR A LA INSTALACIÓN Retire todos los residuos de materiales de construcción que hayan quedado en la bañera. No use cepillos metálicos o cualquier otro implemento de metal en la superficie de la bañera. Por lo general, la limpieza posterior a la instalación se puede realizar usando agua tibia y un lava lozas líquido. La suciedad o manchas difíciles de quitar se pueden remover usando un producto granulado como Spic and Span® mezclado con agua.

INSTRUCTIONS D'INSTALLATION BAIGNOIRE AUTOPORTANTE SURFACE EN ACRYLIQUE LUSTRÉ 2764 SÉRIE AVANT DE COMMENCER.... ! Les codes du bâtiment peuvent différer selon la région. Respecter tous les codes locaux de plomberie et du bâtiment. Votre nouvelle baignoire vous a été expédiée après une inspection minutieuse. Afin de profiter et d’apprécier pleinement cette baignoire, nous vous recommandons de suivre les directives et les avertissements.

VIDANGE - 1 CONSIGNES D’INSTALLATION : Glissez les écrous de renvoi et les rondelles en polyvinyle sur les tubes de trop-plein et de drain. ENSEMBLE DE TROP-PLEIN Montez les tubes de trop-plein et de drain sur le tampon-purge sans les serrer. LE TROP-PLEIN ET LE TUBE DU COUDE DE RENVOI DOIVENT S’ÉTENDRE DE 1 PO À 1-1/2 PO DANS LES EXTÉRIEURS DU TAMPON-PURGE Remarque : Le bord biseauté de la rondelle et le côté fileté de l’écrou doivent être dirigés vers le tampon-purge avant le montage.

VIDANGE - 6 ENSEMBLE DE DÉBOUCHOIR Ajustez le boulon de débouchoir en laiton et le contre-écrou pour atteindre une ouverture de 1/2 po à 5/8 po au minimum, puis serrez le contre-écrou contre la tige de débouchoir pour fixer la hauteur. BOULON DE DÉBOUCHOIR EN LAITON ET CONTRE-ÉCROU ! ATTENTION : Le contre-écrou de débouchoir doit être serré contre la tige de débouchoir avant d'utiliser la baignoire.

NETTOYAGE APRÈS L'INSTALLATION Éliminer tous les débris de construction de la baignoire. Ne pas utiliser de brosses métalliques et ne pas frotter avec aucun objet métallique sur la surface de la baignoire. Le nettoyage après l’installation peut, habituellement, être exécuté avec de l’eau tiède et du détergent liquide pour lave-vaisselle. Les tâches tenaces peuvent être éliminées à l'aide de Spic and Span® mélangé avec de l’eau.
