Turn off hot and cold water

supplies before begining.

• Remove LOCKNUT (8) and WASHER (9) and (9a)

from SIDE VALVE SHANKS (10).

• Insert Hot and Cold SIDE VALVE HOSES (11),

FLEXIBLE SUPPLIES (11a) into mounting holes

making sure the SEAL WASHERS (12) are

properly seated in each HANDLE BASE (13).

• Assemble RUBBER WASHER (9), FRICTION

WASHER (9A) and thread LOCKNUT (8) onto

each SIDE VALVE SHANK (10) from underside

of sink or mounting surface.

• Align and center SIDE VALVES. Tighten

LOCKNUTS (8).

INSTALL VALVE BODIES

• Insert SHANK (1) POP-UP ROD (2) and HOSE (3) through center hole,

making sure SEAL WASHER (4) is properly seated in spout base.

• Assemble RUBBER WASHER (5), FRICTION WASHER (5A) LOCKNUT

(6) and thread LOCKNUT (6) onto SHANK (1) from underside of sink or

mounting surface.

• Align and center SPOUT (7). Tighten LOCKNUT (6).

INSTALL POP-UP DRAIN • Apply a bead of putty to underside of FLANGE (1). 1 2a 1 • Drop FLANGE (1) into LAVATORY DRAIN (2). From below assemble RUBBER GASKET (3), METAL WASHER (4) and LOCK NUT (5). Do not tighten. 2 3 4 5 2b 4 • Place SEAL (1) with small end facing up into TAILPIECE (2) and tighten against DRAIN BODY (4). PIVOT ROD (3) opening in TAILPIECE (2) should face the rear of the lavatory. Tighten LOCK NUT (5) with channel locks. Do not over tighten.

CHECK OPERATION OF POP-UP • Operate LIFT KNOB (1) to verify that STOPPER (2) opens and closes. Note: If STOPPER (2) does not open and close properly then refer to the “troubleshooting section” of these instructions. 1 2 4 MAKE WATER SUPPLY AND WASTE CONNECTIONS • Connect FLEXIBLE SUPPLIES (1, 2) directly to wall supplies. Connection on fitting supplies are 3/8" compression.

5 TEST INSTALLED FITTING 1 • With HANDLE (1) in OFF position, turn on WATER SUPPLIES (2) and check all connections for leaks. • Remove AERATOR (3). 3 • Operate HANDLE (1) to flush water lines thoroughly. 4 • Replace AERATOR (3). 1 6 CHECK DRAIN CONNECTIONS • Operate POP-UP KNOB (4) and fill lavatory with water. Check that DRAIN STOPPER (5) makes a good seal and retains water in Sink. If DRAIN STOPPER (5) does not seal properly, please refer to Troubleshooting section in these instructions.
