RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATION
Electronic sensor-operated faucet shall feature vandal-resistant cast brass body with dual inlets, check valves & filter screens. Single post
mounting. Features integrated design with the sensor, solenoid valve and all electronics enclosed in the spout. Shall also feature above-deck
mixing valve with ceramic disc valve, hot limit safety stop and removable handle, for user to manually control temperature. Fitting shall be
American Standard Model # 705_.2_5.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Electronic, sensor-operated faucet with proximity operation.
Integrated design with sensor, solenoid valve & electronic
controls fully enclosed in the spout. Includes above-deck
mixing valve with ceramic disc valve, hot limit safety stop and
removable handle. Vandal-resistant cast brass construction
with single-post mounting. Operates on DC (battery) or AC
permanent power.Water pressure range from 20 to 125 psi.
Dual inlets to spout: 18" flexible stainless steel hoses with
check valves, filter screens & 3/8" compression fittings.

Easy Installation: Simple integrated design; sensor, solenoid
valve and all electronics are enclosed in the spout. No control
box below deck.
Above-Deck Mixing: User can manually adjust temperature.
Uses ceramic disc valve for leak-free performance. Hot limit
safety stop reduces the risk of accidental scalding.  Installer
can set temperature and remove handle to prevent user from
adjusting temperature.
Dual Inlets: For hot and cold water. Inlet hoses include check
valves to prevent cross-flow & strainers to protect the solenoid valve.
Seamless Cast Brass Body: Easy to clean. Vandal-resistant.
Ideal for high-use commercial applications.
Flexible Mounting: Single post mounting with optional 4"
deck plate.
Safety Timer:Helps prevent vandalism by turning off the
faucet if the sensor is covered for more than 1 minute.
Lead Free: Faucet contains ≤ 0.25% total lead content by
weighted average.
