Warranty Guide

LIMITED WARRANTY
Our products are made from quality materials and with great care by skilled
workers.
Under normal usage conditions and with proper maintenance, we warrant
the aluminum surface finishes of our products for a period of ten (10) years from the
time of shipment against peeling, cracking, blistering or crazing.
We warrant them against defects in material and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year from the time of shipment.
If defects or damage of the kind mentioned above should occur within the
warranty period, we will replace the defective parts only, FOB our plant at Salem,
Illinois, upon receiving the written and documented claim of purchaser. Because of
normal aging and weathering of materials, it may not be possible to perfectly match
the colors of the old and new. We will not provide or pay for the installation of such
replacement parts, nor shall we be responsible for weather related failures, damages
due to faulty installation, misuse or abuse of the products or for consequential
damages, including personal injuries or property damages. There are no warranties,
express or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
