AmeriLux Agrilite Corrugated PVC Liner Panels
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
AmeriLux Agrilite Corrugated PVC Liner Panels are warranted by AmeriLux International, LLC, 1212 Enterprise
Drive, De Pere, WI 54115.
The panels covered by this Warranty are manufactured using polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The panels are warranted
for 5 years to:
1. Maintain a good surface condition.
2. Not rot, corrode, develop structural cracks or require painting or refinishing (normal pigmentation
change excepted) when kept reasonably clean through semi-annual washing to remove accumulated
dirt.
The Warranty is for 5 years and upon verification of failure, provides for a reimbursement to the original
purchaser for the cost of the panels. The owner is responsible for the cost of fabrication, labor, and installation
of replacement panels.
A pro rata depreciation charge (based on 5 years—each year is -20%) will be applied to the original purchase
price of the panels.
The Warranty applies only to panels stored, installed and end used in accordance with manufacturer’s
recommendations and with recognized standards of construction. It does not apply to any failure or damage
due to fire, lightening, hail, wind, unusual stresses or load weights or other conditions beyond the control of
AmeriLux International, LLC.
AmeriLux International, LLC will act to fulfill this Warranty within 60 days after receiving a claim with all
information necessary to determine its validity.
This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided with AmeriLux International, LLC. AmeriLux Agrilite
Corrugated PVC Liner Panels. AmeriLux International, LLC options as stated above are the sole, exclusive
remedy available to the purchaser. AmeriLux International, LLC, shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages, including any damage to persons or property whatsoever, nor for breach of any express
or implied warranty, nor for any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
