4.7.1 Available AP’s
‧ Link Quality
: Use icon and % to indicate each associated AP’s link quality.
- ≥ 80% excellent throughput
- 50% ~ 80% good throughput
- 10% ~ 50% fair throughput
- < 10% poor throughput
- Connected to this specified AP
‧ Network Name (SSID): The name of each AP or Ad Hoc station.
‧ Mode: Infrastructure (BSS) mode or Ad Hoc (IBSS) mode.
‧ Security: The security mechanism adopted by this network.
‧ Channel: Current channel adopted by this network.
‧ Rate: The link rate adopted by this network.
‧ MAC: MAC address of each AP or Ad Hoc station.
4.7.2 Buttons
‧ Connect: Connect to the selected network.
‧ Save Profile: Save the selected network connection status into a profile. Refer to 4.8
Profile.
‧ Edit Conn.: Alter current connection’s parameters. Refer to 4.8 Profile.
‧ Rescan: Update associated networks.
‧ Network View
: Switch from the Available AP’s dialog box to the Available Networks dialog
box.
