6.1 Digital Layout Recommendation
To better understand the layout guidelines, please refer to the AMN11310 schematics which are part of the HDK
package.
6.1.1 Stack up
Recommended stack up for six layers design:
• Total thickness: 1.15mm
• Tolerance thickness: 10%
