Q: Is this headset adjustable for either
left or right ear?
A: Yes, there are 2 batteries so you
can wear in either ear. Just insert
the left or the right battery to the main
engine.
Q: Bluetooth headset signal is not
good?
A: Bluetooth is a short distance
wireless communication technology,
but when we said the 10 meters, does
not include any use of the environment
and special conditions, please check
are there have any electromagnetic
interference.
Q: Why I can not hear the other person
or listen to music?
A: Please check the following points:
1) When you call, please choose the
speaker to“UFO” mode. Please check
the bluetooth headset volume level
whether is at the minimum level. If you
increase the volume, you can talk and
listen to music normally.
2) When there is a call, please just
click the Answer Key of the
bluetooth headset to answer the call
instead of the screen of your phone.
3) The connection item of Bluetooth
headset includes "Phone audio
connection" (play call) and
"Multimedia audio connection" (listen
to Music), please check both of items
are allowed in your phone.
Q: Why my headset will not switch on?
A: Please recharge it and make sure it
has enough power. Plug the unit to a
charger and see if the
indicator light of battery becomes solid
red.
Q: Why my headset can`t be paired
with my device?
A: Please check the following points:
1) Please check whether the headset
has been power on and entered the
pairing mode (flash red and blue
alternately).
2) Please check whether the Bluetooth
headset is connected with other
device? If there is, please disconnect,
and the turn off other Bluetooth
devices.
3) Please make sure the headset and
your device are next to each other.
4) If the above steps can not solve the
problem, please feel free to contact
after-sales service.
· Please comply with local rules when
you driving and using earphone.
· Please put all the equipment and
accessories in a position where
children can’t get it, swallowed parts
may cause choking and serious
consequences.
· Please do not put the equipment in
hottest or coldest place: below
0℃(32℉), above 45℃(113℉), that will
cause deformation of equipment,
reduce equipment charging capacity,
shorten service life.
· Please do not wet equipment and
opera it with a wet hand, liquid can
cause equipment damage.
· Please do not listen for a long time
with high volume because it can
damage your hearing, please use
minimum volume when you talking
or listening to music.
· Please charge the bluetooth headset
at least once a month so that to
lengthen the battery life.
· Please use the charger which output
voltage is 5V to charge the bluetooth
headset.
· Please know that the electric quantity
of the bluetooth headset will release
slowly and continually when unused for
a long time.

For the first time use, it is
recommended fully charging the
headset before use.
1)For the first time you use the
headset, please press and hold the
Answer Key for 6 seconds until the
indicator light flashes red and blue
alternately to enter the pairing mode.
2)Turn on the Bluetooth function of
your device, find "UFO" in the search
results, click it and wait for them to pair
automatically.
3)Tips: The headset can remember the
previous paired device. If you have
previously paired the headset with a
device, simply turn on your device (by
pressing the Answer Key for 4
seconds, just flash blue) and the
headset will connect automatically with
no need to go into pairing mode.
1)The right way to charge:
Please insert the USB charging cable
to the battery but not the main
engine.
1) Make sure that the bluetooth
headset had been connected with
Device A already.
2) Then turn off the bluetooth function
of Device A.
3) The bluetooth headset will reenter
the pairing mode, flash red and blue
alternately turn on the bluetooth
function of Device B and pair it.
4) After the Device B was paired
successfully, turn on the bluetooth
function of the Device A again, and
connect it by clicking“UFO”which
under“My Device”on your Device A.
2)The indicator light of the battery will
turn red when charging.
3)The indicator light of the battery will
tuns off when is fully charged.
