(5) Choose the appropriate information in the
remaining fields.
(6) Click <Done>.
Adding a URL exception
Some URLs for Web pages on your company
internet may use periods, for example:
internet.companyname.com. To view these
pages in Internet Explorer Mobile, you must
create a URL exception.
(1) On the Home screen, click [Start
→More→ Settings → Connections].
(2) Click [Menu → Advanced].
(3) Click [Menu → Work URL Exceptions].
(4) Click [Menu → Add].
(5) In [URL Pattern], enter the URL name. To
add multiple URLs, use a semicolon (;).
(6) Click <Done>.
Caution:
You do not need to create URL exceptions for
Internet URLs.
Using Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer Mobile is a full-featured
Internet browser, optimized for use on your
phone.
The phone allows you to access the Internet or
applications through Internet Explorer. To
connect to Internet Explorer:
Ensure that your SIM card supports the
network function. For additional details,
check with your network service operator.
Contact your network service provider for
opening and ordering data service or GPRS
service.
