Connecting to the Internet

Caution:
Please make sure you have selected [Tool→
Internet Options→Connection] on your PC. Click
“Never dial-up to connect,” then select [Local
Network Setting]. When the screen appears on your
PC, select [Cancel Proxy Server].
To connect to the Internet
(1) On the Home screen, click [Start
→More→Internet Sharing].
(2) Select the PC connection manner – [USB]
connection or [Bluetooth PAN]
connection, then press the Navigation

(3) Select network connection type. The
phone defaults to [none], or you can set it
by referring to “To set multiple network
connection” on page
50. To modify the
network connection type, Click [Menu→
Connection Settings]. See the image
below.

(5) Click <Connect>. If you selected [USB],
the PC will automatically check the USB
cable connection until the screen displays
“Connected” and recognises your phone
as a modem. You are now ready to access
the Internet on your PC using your phone.
