To end a chat
(1) First sign in the Windows Live Messenger,
select the contact you want to chat, and
click [Send IM].
(2) On the Chat screen, click [Menu → End
conversation], so you can end the current
chat, shown as the below image.
To invite another contact to join in chat
While chatting with a contact, meanwhile, you
can invite another contact to join in the chat.
(1) First sign in the Windows Live Messenger,
select the contact you want to chat, and
click [Send IM].
(2) On the Chat screen, click
[Menu→Option→Add participation],
after selecting your desired contact and
click [Add], so the contact can be joined in
the chat.
To block or unblock a contact
To block a contact from seeing your status and
sending messages to you, do the followings:
(1) First sign in the Windows Live Messenger.

(2) Select the contact by scrolling the
Navigation Key
up or down, and click
[Menu →Contact options→Block].
