• Creating WAP connection

Select [Start→Settings→Connections→
Connctions→Tasks→Edit my proxy
server].
Click [The network connects to the
Internet] and [This network uses a proxy
server to connect to the Internet]. The
Proxy server is 10.10.0.172.
Click <Advanced…> and select [Wap] to
set its proxy server as 10.0.0.172, and its
port as 9201. Let the user name, password,
and domain blank.
Click <New…> on the My Work Network
screen. Select [Cellular Line (GPRS)] on
the [Select a modem] box. Click <Next>
to enter the My Connection 1 screen.
Enter “cmwap” on the [Access point
name] box. Click <Next>, <Finish>, <ok>
to complete the settings.
On the [Connections] screen, select
[Manage existing connections] from [My
Work Network]. Hold down [My
Connection] to select [Connect].
To switch to [Internet Explorer Mobile], please
enter “wsp: //” before the website, for example,
wsp://wap.montenrnet.com.
To change the setting of the modem, please
select [Manage existing connections] on the
[Tasks] screen to choose your desired one, and
select [Edit]. Follow the instructions to operate.
