English Input Mode
This mode allows you to enter words with only one keystroke per
letter. Each key on the keypad has more than one letter, for example,
on key no. 5, there’re J, K and L. The English mode automatically
compares all the keystrokes you enter with an internal linguistic
dictionary to determine the correct word, thus requiring far fewer
keystrokes than the Abc mode.
Below is an example for entering an English word.
For example: to enter ‘hello’, press the following keystrokes: 4, 3, 5, 5, 6.
If the word that appears in the display is not the word that you desire,
press f or e key to display alternate word choices for the keys you
have typed. For example, ‘of’ and ‘me’ both shares the keystrokes 6, 3
in the same sequence. The phone displays the most commonly used
choice first.
