Charge the device for 30 minutes and try again.The device does not switch on

Connect the device to the power supply for one

minute and turn it on again.

The device has switched off after overload and

does not switch on

5.8 Resolution of common problems

Check whether magnetic contacts of the conductors

are connected correctly. They may be shifted or

inverted.

Check the cable that connects the device to the

charger.

The device does not charge

Check whether the charger from which the device is

charged is working properly.

If the device malfunctions, see the information in the table above. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center or

EdPro manufacturer.
