Does not write a filemark automatically. (You can, however, write a filemark
at or before close by issuing a Write Filemark command.)
DST_NO_FLUSH — Off
Flushes the tape drive buffer to tape.
DST_NO_REWIND — Off
Sets the current position to BOP (which implicitly flushes the tape drive
buffer to tape even though a file mark is not written).
DST_NO_RESERVE — On
No release required.
DST_SPC_FWD — Off
None; overridden by DST_NO_REWIND.
