LIMITEDWARRANTY
The Ampt SPT is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from date of
shipment,providedthattheproductremainsunmodifiedandisoperatedundernormalandproperconditions.
TheAmptSPT25yearoperationalwarrantycoversanyrepairorreplacementpartcostsincurredduring
theagreed
period,beginningonthedevice’spurchasedate,subjecttotheconditionslistedbelow.
WARR ANTYCONDITIONS
IfanAmptSPTdevicebecomesdefectiveduringthe25yearAmptwarrantyperiod,oneofthefollowingservices,
asselectedbyAmpt,willbeperformedatnochargeformaterialsorlaborcosts:
RepairatAmpt,or
RepairOn‐Site,or
ExchangeforaReplacementDevice
Inthecaseofanexchange,theremainderofthewarrantyeligibilitywillbetransferredtothereplacementdevice.
Ampt generally will provide an equivalent replacement device, packaged appropriately for transport, within 48
hours.ThedefectivedeviceistobepackedinthistransportpackagingforreturntransporttoAmpt.
EXCLUSIONOFLIABI LITY
Warrantyclaimsandliabilityfordirectorindirectdamageareexcludedifarisingfrom:
TransportDamage,
IncorrectInstallationorCommissioning,
failuretoObservetheMaintenanceRegulationsandIntervals,
Modifications,ChangesorAttemptedRepairs,
IncorrectUseorInappropriateOperation,
InsufficientVentilationoftheDevice
failure
toObservetheApplicableSafetyRegulations,
forceMajeure(e.g.lightning,overvoltage,storm,fire),or
CosmeticShortcomings(whichdonotinfluencethesupplyofenergy)
Further‐reaching or additional claims due to direct or indirect damage, including claims for compensation for
damagesduetolossofprofitsordue
tocostsarisingfromdisassemblyandmounting,areexcluded.
FORWARR ANTYRETURNS&INS TALLERREPLACEMENT:
Ampt will compensate installers for expenses associated with replacing SPT products under warranty per the
followingregistrationandwarrantyprocess:
1. Installer must contact the technical support team at Ampt to register the support issue and seek
assistance.AmptTechnicalsupportwillprovidetroubleshootingassistanceandiscommittedtoresolving
the
claiminoneofthefollowingways;
