c. Ampt will determine that the unit should be replaced and will provide the installer with an
RMAnumbertoproceedwithwarrantyreplacementoftheunit
2.OncetheRMAnumberhasbeenissuedbyAmpt,therearetwooptions;
a.Theinstallercanuseanexistingunitfrom
inventorytoreplacethefailedSPT
or
b.Amptcansendoutanadvancereplacementunit
3.Ineithercase,thereplacedunitmustbereturnedtoAmptforissueconfirmation,rootcauseanalysis
andcorrectiveactionplanning
4.AnyexceptionstothisprocessmustbeapprovedinadvancebyanauthorizedAmptrepresentative
