KEYPAD OPERATION
The Front Panel keys serve multiple functions. Refer to the following tables for their
specific functions.

LED Description
LED Function
m READY
ON: Printer is powered on and ready for operation.
OFF: Printer is receiving data, or in a Fault condition.
Steady Blinking: Error has occurred.
m MEDIA
ON: Printer is online and ready to receive data.
OFF: Printer is off line and not ready to print. Typically following
pressing of the Pause key.
Steady Blinking: Media Error. (Ready LED will also be blinking)
m RIBBON
ON: Print is set for Thermal Transfer Mode.
OFF: Printer is set for Direct Thermal Mode.
Steady Blinking: Ribbon error occurred. (Ready LED will also be
blinking)
