0x10 = 3-phase HCLK mode.
[5] 0 Test Test use only. Set to 0.
0x25 [24:0] 0 SCK VT_STBY12
Bits[23:0]: Standby1 and Standby2 polarity for XV[23:0].
Bit 24: Standby1 and Standby2 polarity for XSUBCK.
Settings also apply when OUT_CONTROL = low.
