A. Yes
Q. Are your plastic lids BPA free?
A. Yes
Q. Are Anchor Hocking products dishwasher safe?
A. The majority of our product offering is dishwasher safe. If it is not it will be noted on the product at the time of purchase.
Q. What is the highest baking temperature that can be used with baking dishes?
A. 425º F / 218º C
Q. Can Anchor Hocking bakeware be used on top of the stove, grill, toaster oven, or under a broiler?
A. No. Not for use under a flame or other direct heat source.
Q. Can Anchor Hocking bakeware go directly from the refrigerator to the microwave or conventional oven?
A. Yes, we recommend the oven be pre-heated no higher than 425º F or 218º C.
Q. Can Anchor Hocking bakeware go directly from the freezer to the microwave or conventional oven?
A. No, let foods thaw before cooking or reheating in the microwave or oven.
Q. Can Anchor Hocking bakeware be used in a Convection Oven?
A. Yes, as long as the convection oven has a fan and the temperature does not exceed 425º F.
Q. What would cause my Anchor Hocking Bakeware to break?

Q. Can Anchor Hocking Measuring Cups, Batter Bowls and Kitchen Storage products be used in the microwave or
conventional oven?
A. Yes, all these items are microwave and conventional oven safe up to 425º F.
Q. Can I use my plastic lids in the oven?
A. No
Q. Are my plastic lids microwaveable?
A. Yes, plastic covers are microwave safe for reheating purposes.
CAUTION: When microwaving, to prevent steam build up, a gap is required between the cover and glass. Sealing the cover may
create excessive pressure causing the cover to melt, warp or cause personal injury. Do not reheat foods for longer than 60-
seconds. Once reheating is complete, remove cover from dish to prevent warping. After removing item from microwave always
open cover away from your body to avoid steam burns. Covers not intended for conventional oven, stovetop, broiler, or toaster
oven use. Lid fit may vary. Covers are not leak proof.
Q. Are my plastic lids dishwasher safe?
A. Yes, top rack only.
Q. Do you maintain historical files on Collectable glassware or Depression ware?
A. We recommend glass reference books by Gene Florence.
Q. Does Anchor Hocking offer Plant Tours?
A. No, due to safety regulations we are unable to offer Plant Tours.
Q. Does Anchor Hocking have a Museum?
A. Anchor Hocking products are widely displayed at the Ohio Glass Museum in Lancaster, Ohio.
