1. Do you have Andersen® windows? Andersen® windows have the Andersen logo etched in the glass. The logo is located on the interior bottom right-hand corner of the window. See example below. Double-Hung Windows • • • Andersen® 400 Series double-hung windows have a tilt-wash feature for easy cleaning and the tilt mechanisms, or wash assists, are located in the interior jamb. Andersen® 200 Series tilt-wash double-hung windows have tilt latches located on the checkrail. Andersen® 200 Series Narroline® double-hung windows do not tilt. See examples below of double-hung window interiors to help identify your window.

If Yes: The insect screen model number is stamped on the side, top or bottom of the Andersen® screen frame. For example, 24310 is stamped on the insect screen below.

For double-hung windows, measure one of the sash. See examples below.
