Cooking mes
The following are recommended cooking mes. Cooking mes will vary depending
on the size, quanty and the method of cooking i.e. cooking with or without the
metal hood.

Steak/ beef 5 15-20 mins
Lamb 5 12-18 mins
Chicken drumscks 5 25-30 mins
Chops 5 20-25 mins
Chicken wings 5 15-20 mins
Fillet of pork 4-5 9-10 mins
Whole sh 5 12-15 mins
Kebabs 3-4 10-12 mins
Various sausages 3-4 12-15 mins
Tips for grilling
Your meat will be tender if you marinate it overnight before cooking.
Always use tongs or some form of scoop to turn the grilled food (using a fork
to turn the food will dry it out and damage the non-sck coang).
Only turn meat and sh once during grilling. You do not need to turn it more
than once, to much turning dries the meat out.
Never cook meat for too long as this causes the meat to become tough.
If the cooked food scks to the grill plate, rub the plate with a piece of
kitchen paper soaked in oil from me to me.
