LPR pressure test
The low pressure regulator controls the
pneumatic cycle of the ANGEL, and is located
in the left hand chamber at the rear of the
ANGEL body.
The pressure needs to be approximately 60psi
(4.14 bar) output from an input pressure of
270psi from the second stage regulator.
Your ANGEL has been tested and tuned
to its optimum operating pressure at the
factory, using a 450psi input. The ANGEL LPR
utilizes shims, as this is the best method of
maintaining its optimum operating pressure.
If you are using a high pressure system you
may need to reset the LPR. You may also
need to adjust the LPR once your ANGEL has
bedded in, but only if you are experiencing
low velocity on your factory settings. Once
this is done you should only need to adjust
the LPR if you change your Air/Nitrogen
system.
LPR adjustment is achieved by the addition
or removal of shims. Each shim equals
approximately 2psi (0.14bar). We recommend
the use of the optional service tools and
lubrication of parts with LOVE JUICE
Extreme Grease only.

INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES
·
Ensure a barrel blocking device is fitted
to the ANGEL.
·
Ensure the hopper is removed from
the ANGEL.
·
Ensure that there are no paintballs
in the ANGEL.
·
Always remove the first stage regulator
and release all residual gas pressure from
the ANGEL before disassembly.
·
The ANGEL can hold a small residual
gas charge, typically two shots, with the
first stage regulator removed. Always
discharge the ANGEL in a safe direction
to relieve this residual gas pressure.
·
SHOULD YOU BE UNSURE AT ANY STAGE
YOU MUST SEEK EXPERT ADVICE.
1 Remove the back plate retaining screw
using a 2.5mm Allen wrench.
2 Remove the LPR chamber plug using
a 4mm Allen wrench.
3 Screw in the LPR pressure gauge until
it stops turning.
Make a note of the pressure reading.
Should the reading be too high or low
proceed to the next stage -
LPR Adjustment page 20.
Note: Remove the pressure gauge, replace
the LPR chamber plug and back plate and
re-gas your ANGEL.

Fire 6 shots with NO paintballs present to
stabilize the LPR pressure.
