Operation

ECO

1. Select “ECO” function using the knob. >>>

2. Press knob to conﬁ rm selection. >>>

3. Turn knob to activate or deactivate the “ECO”

function (icon lit with green light). >>>

This function allows energy savings, but only for

reduced loads.

4. Press button to start the cooking cycle (See

“Cooking cycle start and end procedure”). >>>

Upon completion of the cooking cycle; to switch to

another cooking type at a lower temperature proceed

as follows:

Cooldown

1. Press the button. >>>

The display will show >>>

2. Select cooling temperature using the knob. >>>

3. Press knob to conﬁ rm selected value. >>>
