Operation

Before selecting the cooking type, decide whether

you need to turn the cooking chamber preheating

function on or off.

3. Press button to activate or deactivate the cooking

chamber preheating function (preheating on/off). >>>

The operating status (“preheating on” or

“preheating off”) appears in the “preheating”

zone according to the selection.

Cooking type

1. Select “cooking type” zone using the knob. >>>

2. Press knob to conﬁ rm selected zone. >>>

3. Select cooking type (combined, convection,

steam) using the knob. >>>

4. Press knob to conﬁ rm selection. >>>

• If “combined cooking” is selected, the percentage of

humidity inside the oven appears on a bar graph.

• If “convection cooking” is selected, the

percentage of opening of the steam vent appears

on a bar graph.

• If you select “steam cooking”, 100% Sup. or

100% Std appear in the area (the value can be

changed, see page 36 ).

Cooking temperature

1. Select “cooking temperature” using the knob.

3. To modify cooking temperature, turn knob until

value required is displayed. >>>

4. Press knob to conﬁ rm selected value. >>>
