Operation

Fan speed

1. Select “fan speed” using the knob. >>>

2. Press knob to conﬁ rm selection. >>>

3. To modify cooking fan speed, turn the knob to

increase or reduce the number of bars on the

graduated scale. >>>

4. Press knob to conﬁ rm selected value. >>>

The symbol shows the cooling fan speed is on the

minimum setting. >>>

The symbol shows the cooling fan speed is on the

maximum setting. >>>

The symbol shows the cooling fan is set in the on-off

mode (the fan switches on and off automatically).

5. Press button to start the cooking cycle. >>>

Upon completion of the cooking cycle; to switch to

another cooking type at a lower temperature proceed

as follows;
