Troubleshooting
KEY TO ALARM TABLE
Alarm Fault Remedy Notes
H2O No water in chamber, or
water pressure too low
Check that mains water is
present or adjust the pressure
(see page 23); if the problem
persists call an authorized
service agent
Convection cooking cycles can still
be performed
H2O. No water at drain, or water
pressure too low
Check that water supply is
present or adjust the pressure
(see page 23); if the problem

Convection and steam cooking

OPE Oven door opening or
closure request
Open or close the oven
door, Call an authorized
service agent if this message
continues to be displayed
The cooking cycle does not start
until the door has been opened or
closed as required
CLE Indicates that cleaning is
required
Launch an automatic cleaning
cycle

dEC Indicates the need for the
descaling operation

E02 The core probe has a failure
or has not been properly

Check the position of the
product core probe or call an
authorized service agent if it is
faulty

E04 The motor-operated valve is
not positioned correctly
Switch on the oven again and

has failed or is not properly
connected
Press the “Reset” button Disconnect and reconnect the
vacuum probe before starting
the cooking cycle. If the problem
persists, call an authorized service
agent
