“MANUAL COOKING” MODE

Proceed as follows:

1. Select “manual cooking” function using the

knob. >>>

2. Press button to conﬁ rm value or description

selected. >>>

The display will show:

This screen is used to enter the data (cooking type, temperature, cooking time, etc.) to allow cooking to be

performed in “manual mode”.

IMPORTANT

The “cooking time” and “core temperature” functions are mutually exclusive. For example, if a

user selects “cooking time” and then selects “core temperature”, the ﬁ rst function is cancelled.
