LONG DOWNTIMES OF APPLIANCE

If the appliance is to be out of use for a long period,

proceed as follows:

1. Turn off gas supply valve.

2. Turn off water supply valve.

3. Cut off main electrical supply using the

appliance’s master switch.

4. Clean the appliance and surrounding areas

thoroughly.

5. Spread a ﬁ lm of edible oil over the stainless

steel surfaces.

6. Perform all service procedures.

7. Cover the appliance and leave a few gaps to

allow air to circulate.
