Parts Replacement
PARTS REPLACEMENT
REPLACING PARTS RECOMMENDATIONS
IMPORTANT _________________________
Before carrying out any replacement
procedure, activate all safety devices
provided and decide whether staff at
work and those in the vicinity should be
informed. In particular, turn off gas and
water supply valves, cut off the electricity
supply to the appliance using the master
switch and prevent access to all devices
which might cause unexpected health and
safety hazards if turned on. If worn parts
have to be replaced, use original spare
parts only.
The manufacturer declines all responsibly
for injury or damage to components
due to the use of non-original parts, or
extraordinary work on the appliance
which may modify the safety requirements
without the manufacturer’s authorization.
When ordering components, follow the
instructions provided in the parts catalog.
WARNING
Before performing any service
that involves electrical connection or
disconnection and/or exposure to electrical
components, always follow the Electrical
LOCKOUT/TAGOUT Procedure. Disconnect
all circuits. Failure to comply can cause
property damage, injury or death.
WARNING
Replacement operations must
be performed by an authorized service
agent in accordance with all relevant local
and legal requirements.
REPLACEMENT OF THE BURNER
NOZZLE
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows:
1. Undo screws to remove side panel (A).
2. Disconnect gas supply line (B).
3. Remove injector (C) and replace it with one suitable
for the type of gas in use (see table below).

IMPORTANT _________________________
Take care to ensure that nozzle (C) is
correctly positioned (see diagram).
4. Reconnect pipe (B), replace panel (A) and
retighten screws when the operation is complete.
IMPORTANT _________________________
When the operation is complete light the
burner and check through the fl ame viewer
that the burner is operating correctly.
