Troubleshooting
KEY TO ALARM TABLE
Alarm Fault Remedy Notes
H2O No water in chamber, or
water pressure too low
Check that mains water is pres-
ent or adjust the pressure (see
page 25); if the problem persists
call an authorized service agent
Convection cooking cycles can still
be performed
H2O. No water at drain, or water
pressure too low
Check that water supply is
present or adjust the pressure
(see page 25); if the problem
persists call an authorized
service agent
Convection and steam cooking
cycles can still be performed
E12 No mains gas, gas
pressure too low or fl ame
detection failure
Press reset button (the button
may have to be pressed several
times); if the problem persists
call an authorized service agent
Stop cooking if this message is
repeated more than once
OPE Oven door opening or
closure request
Open or close the oven door,
Call an authorized service
agent if this message continues
to be displayed
The cooking cycle does not start
until the door has been opened or
closed as required
CLE Indicates that cleaning is
required

E04 The motor-operated valve
is not positioned correctly
Switch on the oven again and

E08 The optional vacuum probe
has failed or is not properly
connected
Press the “Reset” button Disconnect and reconnect the
vacuum probe before starting
the cooking cycle. If the problem
persists, call an authorized service
agent
