Use only parts provided by the manufacturer.
Make sure the item is intact and that there are no missing parts.

User Instructions
The indexed flex rod holes are a guide to assembling a variety of dierently
shaped softboxes: rectangular, square, strip (long, thin shape), narrow strip
(longer, thinner shape), and octagonal.
The flex rod holes labeled “A” are used when assembling a square or
rectangular softbox.
The holes labeled “B” are for a very narrow strip softbox.
The holes labeled “C” are for a normal strip softbox.
The holes labeled “8” are for assembling an octagonal softbox. For
assembling the softbox, see the manufacturer’s instructions.
Note: Rubber feet on the tightening screws of the 7464-DYN speed ring
may become overheated and melt when used with an Omni-light or any other
continuous hot light. Remove the feet before use to prevent damage.
