 MixingInstrucons:Alwaysstartmixingonthelowestsengandslowingincreasespeed.
 CookieDough:Placeroomtemperaturebuerormargarinealongwithsugarint othe
doublebeaterbowlandplacethebeaterhousingwithsinglewirebeatersinplace.Start
machineonthelowestspeedandslowlyincreasetomedium/high(about6o’clockonthe
speedknob).Oncebuerandsugararecreamed,re
turntolowestspeedandadd
remainingingredients.Mixjustunldryingredientsarecombinedandturnmachineo.
NOTE:Overmixingcancausecookiedoughtobetoughandthesfferthedough,the
biggertheriskofbeatersordoublebeatergearsbreaking.
 CLEANING:Alldoublebeaterbowlpartsaredishwashersafe.Beatersshouldbeplacedin
thetoprackofdishwasherandbowlshouldbeplacedinthelowerrackbutnotdirectly
overthedryingelementasitmaydeformtheplasc.Towashbyhand,usewarmsoapy
waterandwashwithaspong
