General Will using PowerConf C300 increase the power consumption of my computer?
Since Mac PCs are capable of running more than one video app at the same time, we
recommend that you close the Anker Work PC Software while video conferencing in order to
reduce your computer's power consumption.
Connection Can I connect to PowerConf C300 using a USB connection? Yes, PowerConf C300 supports USB 2.0 connections.
Connection Can I connect PowerConf C300 to my computer via a hub or adapter?
PowerConf C300 can be connected to computers via a hub or adapter. For improved video
transmission, we recommend using a USB cable.
Connection What if PowerConf C300 doesn't work when connected to a hub?
Please check whether your hub's connected USB-C port supports data transfer.Some hub
USB-C ports only support charging.
Connection Does PowerConf C300 support Bluetooth connectivity?
In order to ensure a reliable video connection, PowerConf C300 does not currently support
Bluetooth.
Connection Can I connect PowerConf C300 to multiple PCs at the same time? You can only connect PowerConf C300 to 1 PC at a time.
Connection Can I connect multiple PowerConf C300s to my computer at the same time? Multiple PowerConf C300s can be connected to 1 computer at the same time.
Picture&Sound Does PowerConf C300 support 60 FPS?
Yes, PowerConf C300 supports up to 60 FPS at 1080p. The frame rate will be affected by
third-party apps and network bandwidth, however the camera will auto-adjust to ensure the
frame rate remians constant.

Can PowerConf C300 automatically adjust its image brightness according to the
environment?
PowerConf C300 has both auto exposure and auto white balancing, which together
automatically correct the brightness according to the environment.

Will PowerConf C300's picture quality be affected by other connected devices or third-party
software?
PowerConf C300 provides services according to USB standard protocol, while the quality of
the picture can be affected by third-party software. For example, the maximum resolution of
Zoom is 720p, so PowerConf will only display in 720p, despite supporting resolutions up to
1080p.
In addition, the quality of the picture will also be influenced by network bandwidth, including
the network bandwidth processing mechanisms used by third-party apps.

Why can PowerConf C300 only output at 720p when using third-party video conferencing
apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. This is because that Zoom and Micriosoft Teams only support up to 720p.
Picture&Sound Is it possible to disable PowerConf C300's microphone while its in use? Yes, you can use 3rd-party video conferencing apps to enable/disable the microphone.

PowerConf C300 cannot be connected to an external microphone. However, you can
connect an external microphone to your computer and use together with PowerConf C300.
Picture&Sound From how far away can PowerConf C300's microphone pick up voices?
PowerConf C300 has two built-in microphones which can pick up voices up to 3 meters
away. For improved echo cancellation, we recommend being within 1 meter of the
microphones.
Picture&Sound Does PowerConf C300 have a built-in speaker? No, PowerConf C300 does not have a built-in speaker.
Software Is there a Software I can use/download to control PowerConf C300?
Yes, you can install the Anker Work Software on your PC or laptop. Once downlaoded, you
can use the software to adjust the picture quality and customize the camera settings.
Software How to download and use the Anker Work app?
There is a card detailing how to install the software located inside the box your PowerConf
C300 came in. Alternatvely, go to the Anker official website and download the software
directly.
Software How do I update the Anker Work app?
The Anker Work software will update automatically. If you decide to disable this feature, you
can download updates from the Anker official website.
Software Does PowerConf C300 support self-framing?
Yes, PowerConf C300 supports self-framing (Please install the Anker Work app on your
device to set up self-framing).
Software Does PowerConf C300 support auto-framing?
Yes, PowerConf C300 supports auto-framing (Please install the Anker Work software on
your device to set up auto-framing).
Software Does PowerConf C300 support adjustable FoV settings?
PowerConf C300 offers 3 different FoV settings: 78°, 90°, and 115° (Please install the Anker
Work software on your device to set up the adjustable FoV).
Software Can I zoom PowerConf C300's image in and out? You can zoom the image in and out using the self- and auto-framing functions.
Software Can I use PowerConf C300 to create custom meeting avatars?
The Anker Work software does not support custom avatars, however you can download 3rd-
party software that supports this feature.
Software What if the Anker Work software stops working after the firmware update? The issue can normally be solved by unplugging and re-plugging PowerConf C300.
Others Can I use PowerConf C300 for live streaming? Yes. You can live stream at either 60FPS or 30FPS.
Others Does PowerConf C300 support video recording?
Yes, you can record video with PowerConf C300 using either the Anker Work software or
3rd-party software.
Others What if I can't open the camera or use the microphone while using PowerConf C300?
Please check whether the camera is being used by other 3rd-party apps. If so, close those
3rd-party apps. It this does not solve the issue, try unplugging and re-plugging PowerConf
C300. If you are still having issues, please contact Anker Work Customer Support.
