Remove set screw from one fastener and slide fastener up from bottom

of pole to just below the ornament. The spinning snap hook should be

hanging down towards the bottom of the pole when the pole is held

upright.

Instructions:

No Tools Required!

Fasteners slip over pole and hand-tighten; swivel clips fit any flag with grommets.

Adjust the fasteners so that there is no slack in the heading of the flag

but do not make the heading too taut or else the flag will not spin.

Clip the snap hook to the lower grommet of your flag.

Replace the set screw and hand-tighten.

Remove set screw from the second fastener and slide fastener up from

bottom of pole to a point where it is parallel to the lower grommet of your

flag. This second fastener should be slid onto the pole the opposite way

from the first fastener so that the spinning snap hook is on the inside

facing the first spinning snap hook.

Clip the snap hook to the top grommet of your flag.

Replace the set screw and hand-tighten.
