Marking consideration:
According to Directive 2006/66/EC of THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF
THE COUNCIL of 6 September 2006 on batteries and accumulators and waste
batteries and accumulators and repealing Directive 91/157/EEC primary alkaline
cylindrical cells/batteries of size LR6, LR14, LR20, LR1 and 6LR61 have to be
marked with the crossed bin on the battery casing, those of size LR03 have to be
marked with the crossed bin on the packaging.
