§The use of rechargeable batteries and
high-current batteries is not permitted
due to other electrical characteristics.
§Remove used or empty batteries from
the lamp immediately
§If the lamp is no longer to be used, the
batteries must be removed from the
lamp before it is disposed of
INSERTING THE BATTERIES
When inserting batteries, ensure that the batteries are inserted with the correct
polarity.
Switch the product off before changing the batteries.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning:
§ Carry out cleaning tasks only when the mains plug has been pulled out / when the
power supply has been disconnected
§ Clean only with a slightly damp cloth, then rub it dry
§ Do not use abrasive agents or solvents for cleaning.
§ Never submerge the product in water or other liquids.
§ Do not allow fluids to enter the housing.
§ Do not use hard brushes or sharp objects for cleaning.
Maintenance:
If the product is not going to be used, remove the batteries and store separately in
order to preserve service life.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of unserviceable lamps in accordance with legal provisions. The "waste bin"
symbol indicates that, in the EU, it is not permitted to dispose of electrical equipment
in household waste. Use the return and collection systems in your area or contact the
dealer from whom you purchased the product.
For disposal, pass the device on to a specialist disposal point for old equipment. Do
not dispose of the device via household waste as the device contains batteries /
rechargeable batteries.
In this way you will fulfil your legal obligations and contribute to environmental
protection.
