Additional Tests And Considerations
Weather Testing - Water, UV, Temperatures
Purpose: Testing resistance toward degradation caused by ultraviolet radiation, moisture, high, low and fluctuating temperatures, oxidation. Tests run over
1 year. Results: Upon rigorous visual inspection minimal evidence of deterioration of the colors, no change in shape, no presence of peeling, shrinkage or
cracking or any degradation due to moisture or water were found. Under ISO11507.
Expansion and contraction thermal test
Expansion & Contraction: Test conducted with temperatures -190F to +130F (-88C to + 54.5C) show a linear thermal expansion of less than 3/32 of an inch.
The test was conducted on a sample of 48" in length. No cracking, pealing or other damage was found.
Installation
As a general practice the product is installed with construction adhesive and screws, nails, staples or other fasteners. Preparation of the substrate
is usually not necessary unless the substrate is lose or has lose parts that are cracking, peeling, which may prevent the adhesion of the panels.

Structural Performance
Great performance during positive and negative wind load, below hurricane-type wind speeds. Under ASTM E330-2. In areas subject to extraordinary weather
condition it is suggested the increase of the amount of adhesives and fasteners.
Tests run on the polyurethane resins used at these densities and product thickness have returned an R-Value of 4.5.
