The disposable heel grounder is designed for

plant visitors and other temporary workers who

enter static controlled areas. It is made from

antistatic fabric and provides safe and eective

protection.

The disposable heel grounder uses the conductive

yarn in the antistatic fabric to create and maintain

electrical contact between the ground and body

and can optimise static dissipation.

TECHNICAL DATASHEET PRODUCT Disposable Heel Grounder The disposable heel grounder is designed for plant visitors and other temporary workers who enter static controlled areas. It is made from antistatic fabric and provides safe and effective protection. The disposable heel grounder uses the conductive yarn in the antistatic fabric to create and maintain electrical contact between the ground and body and can optimise static dissipation.

TECHNICAL DATASHEET 1 Remove strip to reveal adhesive layer on the underside of the disposable heel grounder. 3 Insert the other end of the heel grounder in the shoe or sock to create the skin-to-ground contact. 2 Place the adhesive layer firmly on the sole of the shoe covering at least half of the heel with the rest of the strip behind the shoe. 4 It is important for the effectiveness of this product that the heel grounder stays under foot when the shoe is on.
