7.6.3. Frame Field Types
Each transacon consists of frame elds which makes up the serial telegram frame.
Each frame eld species how the Communicator shall interpret or generate a parcular part of the telegram.

Node address
Frame eld represenng the Node address of the Node.
A constant byte that holds a copy of the nodes address when the transacon is used by a node.
Constant
Constant frame elds are handled dierently depending on the direcon of the transacon.
• Produce/Request Transacons: The Communicator sends the value as it is without processing it.
• Consume/Response Transacons: The Communicator checks if the received byte/word/dword matches the
specied value. If the message does not t, it is discarded.
Limit
NOTE
Limit is not available for the Transacon Type Produce.
