Inter-Telegram Timeout Mode Sengs

By default, Inter-telegram meout mode Default (3.5 characters) is used.
This is according the Modbus RTU standard, which advocates the use of a silent period equivalent to 3.5
characters between each message. The silent period is used to nd out where one message ends and the next
begins.

You can use Custom sengs to set the desired Inter-telegram meout and Inter-telegram delay.
The following must be applied on all nodes:
The me between two adjacent characters in the same telegram must be less than Intertelegram meout.
The me between two characters in two dierent telegrams the same or more than Intertelegram delay.
