Step 2 Remove Wall Jamb[021] and drill a 1/4" hole at each location marked for Wall Jamb[02] (Fig 3). ATTENTION Wear safety glasses and cut-resistant, non-slip gloves when drilling or cutting to avoid risk of injury. Fig3 Step 3 1.Insert Wall Plugs[22] in each hole location. 2.The Wall Plugs[22] should fit securely into the holes. If needed, a rubber mallet can be used to insert Wall Plugs. [22] 3.To reduce risk of property damage, the use of metal hammers is not recommended.
Step 4 Place the Wall Jamb [02] onto the wall. Use drill to start the ST4x35 screw [20] into the Wall Plugs [22] . Use a screwdriver to hand tighten until secure. (Fig. 5) [20] Fig5 Step 5 1.Carefully lay your glass panels flat on a soft, padded surface to inspect the glass. 2.Apply a good quality Silicone Sealant on the bottom of the Fixed Panel [10](Fig 6.1). 3.Place a thick bead of silicone along the full length of inside of back inner corner of Fixed Panel [10] Wall Jamb [02] (Fig 6.2). 4.
Step 6 1.Using a level, check that Fixed Panel [10] is vertical (Fig 7). 2. Install the Gasket [07]. (Fig 7.1) 1 [07] Fig7 Step 7 1.Check that the measurement from front of wall to Fixed Panel [10] is the same at one end and the other end of Fixed Panel [10] (Fig 8.1). 2.Use silicone caulk to seal the inner edge of the Fixed Panel [10] (Fig 8.2). Clean off any excess silicone.
Step 8 1.Measure the finished opening width at the model height("W1"). IMPORTANT: No need for cutting if the Support Bar[03] match the width. If they don’t, please see Step 2.2 for cutting instructions (Fig 9.1). 2.Using a pencil or another marking tool (such as masking tape), mark distance "W1, subtract 11/16"(17.5mm) " on the Support Bar[03] ( to leave some space for the Wall Bracket [18]). IMPORTANT: Double check the measurements before cutting.
Step 9 1.Unscrew screw "a" and tighten screw "b". Unscrew screw "c" and "d" until the screws not protrude from the inside surface. Keep the screws in the Wall Bracket [18] (Fig 10.1). 2.Install the Wall Bracket [18] to the Support Bar[03]. Slightly tighten the screw "d" (Fig 10.2). 3.Attach the Support Bar[03] to the inside of the Fixed Panel [10] with the Fasteners [13] as shown in Fig 10.3 . Ensure the Support Bar[03] is level. Use provided Allen wrench to hand tighten.
Step 10 1.Using a pencil or other marking tool (such as masking tape), mark the position of the Wall Bracket [18] (Fig 11.1). 2.Remove the Support Bar[03] and dissamble the Wall Bracket [18] from the Support Bar[03] . 3.Mark the screw hole locations (Fig 11.2). 4.Drill a 1/4" hole to accept the Wall plug [22] (Fig 11.3). IMPORTANT: To avoid risk of injury or product damage, make sure that you drill into studs. 5.Insert Wall plug [22] in hole location. If needed, a rubber mallet can be used to insert anchor.

Next, use a screwdriver to hand tighten until secure (Fig 12.1). 2.Slide bracket sleeve onto end of Support Bar[03] (Fig 12.2). 3.Slide bracket sleeve onto the anchor. Tighten two screws of the Wall Bracket [18] by following sequence "b" , "a" (Fig 12.3). 4.
. Step 12 Depending on which side of the Fixed Panel [10] is installed, either Bottom Guide (L&R)[15] will be used. For this left side opening, Bottom Guide [15B] will be shown being installed. Mark center guide hole location. 1.Push the button of the Bottom Guide [15] to disassemble it into part a and b(Fig 13.1). 2.Place part a into correct position against the Fixed Panel [10] and mark the hole location (as shown in Fig 13.2). 3.
Step 13 1.Using provided adjustment Wrench[21], disassemble Trolley Wheel[12] as shown in (Fig 14.1). Repeat for the remaining Trolley Wheel[12] . 2.Install Trolley Wheel[12] to the Door Panel[09]. The washer should be on the metal part side(Fig 14.2). Adjust the Eccentric nut like the picture below(Fig 14.2a). 3.Use wrenches in the package to fix the Trolley Wheel[12] (Fig 14.3).

Use Wrench [21] and Allen Key 2mm [23] to hand tighten until secure. (Fig 15.3).
Step 15 1.Measure the distance between the Bottom Guide [15] and the door side wall ("W1").The length of Threshold Gasket [05] would be "W1,subtract 1-3/16"(30mm) "(Fig 16.1). IMPORTANT: No need for cutting if the Bottom Rail [04] and the Threshold Gasket [05] match the width. If they don’t, please see Step 2.2 for cutting instructions . 2.Using a pencil or another marking tool (such as masking tape), mark distance "W1 " on the Bottom Rail [04], "W1, 1-3/16"(30mm) "on the Threshold Gasket [05] .
Step 16 1. Check that the measurement from front of wall to Bottom Rail [04] is the same at one end and the other end of Bottom Rail [04] and mark using the pencil (Fig 17.1). 2.Install the Threshold Gasket [05] as shown in Fig 17.2. 3.Apply silicone to the Bottom Rail [04] and install it against the Bottom Guide [15] (Fig 17.3 and Fig 17.4). 4.Apply silicone to the Seal [16B] and attach to the end of Bottom Rail [04].
