1. All list prices are now located in an addendum to the catalog. You should have received a copy of this upon receipt of
the catalog. If not, you may download a copy at www.hotwater.com/resources/product-literature. Reps may order
additional copies by contacting hotwater@datasuppliesinc.com with your rep number, literature number (AOSAA81001),
quantity needed and complete shipping address.
2. Our ERP system is scheduled to change in late 2015; in order to make this a smooth transition, we have provided you with
both the current part number, and the new part number that will be used when the new system is implemented. You will
be notified when the transition is complete and the new part numbers go into effect.

In order to ensure accurate replacement parts information, if your part is heater specific, please
have heater serial number. The serial number can be found on the rating plate located at or near
the bottom of your heater. When sending in purchase orders please make sure to have complete
part number, description, and price. Failure to do so, will result in your order being delayed to
allow for correction.

Additional shipping dates are added as volume dictates.

Majority of replacement parts are distributed from Franklin, TN. Some parts for commercial heaters
may ship from McBee, SC. Some tankless parts may ship from Irvine, CA. Primary carrier for
replacement parts is UPS. Some shipping locations can ship via FedEx upon request. LTL shipments
are used when needed or required.
