Acceptance

of Order

ALL PRICES & TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Orders with incorrect information will require submission of a corrected purchase order,

which could delay your shipment.

Freight

Allowance

All order values meeting a $2,000 minimum list total will qualify for Free Freight Allowance

(FFA). FFA is available only for ground shipments and must be within the continental United

States. In addition, any value for the hazardous material UN•LIME

NON MURATIC DELIMER

will not contribute to the FFA total for allowance.

Cancellation

Policy

Cancellation of orders is available before shipment has been packed and placed on the shipping

dock. Any cancellation after that point will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the order ships

you will be required to request an RMA for its return.

Return of Parts

All returns unavoidable by A. O. Smith are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight

charge will be the responsibility of the customer. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

must be obtained to return any merchandise. RMA’s may be requested at

www.WaterHeaterParts.com/returns. A. O. Smith is not responsible for any unidentiﬁed returns.

These parts will not be returned nor will credit be issued. Parts must be returned in “new and

unused” condition. Upon inspection, parts found to be damaged, missing components, or

otherwise unsaleable will be discarded and credit denied.

Order Discrepancy

ANY ORDER DISCREPANCY CLAIM MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS

OF ORDER INVOICE.

Limited Warranty

All replacement parts have a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Freight charges are not included with warranty.

NON MURATIC DELIMER and Mag-Erad

DELIMER will require additional packaging

and must use only non-expedited shipping methods. UN•LIME

NON MURATIC DELIMER will

not contribute to the total for free freight allowance.
