Installation Procedures for Windows ME

1. Restart PC after inserting the PCI modem into the PCI slot of PC. When

Windows detects the modem, the message "Windows has found the

following new hardware: PCI Communication Device" is displayed. Select

“Automatic search for a better driver” or ”Specify the location of the driver”.

Insert the driver CD into your CD-ROM drive and then click Next. If you

select ”Specify the location of the driver”. The path of driver is

F:\Drivers\FM56-SV\WinME (F is your CD-ROM drive.)

2. Select AOpen PCI Modem whose location is F:\ Drivers\FM56-SV\WinME

(F is your CD-ROM drive.) and then click OK.

3. Windows has finished installing the new device. Click Finish to complete

the installation.
