11. Trouble Shooting

These troubleshooting flow charts assist you to resolve frequently encountered installation problems.

11.1 Power Switch On but PW LED is not lit.

11.2 ER LED not lit, and the Router does not connect.

Please check Power. Does the

power cord connected ?

Connect the power cord.

Are all connections to the

router correctly connected?

Yes

1. Please confirm that the ISDN

line to local switch center is

connected.

2. Confirm that the ISDN line

of local switch center is

working.

Turn off the router. Reconnect

all connectors before turning on

the router.
