Trusted Certificates
When logging into the device from your browser, a Security Alert message opens to inform you that the
device's certificate is not trusted, and asks if you want to proceed.
The certificate can be trusted, but the alert is triggered because the certificate's name is not found on the
Microsoft list of Trusted Authorities. You can ignore the warning and click Ye s to go on.
Note: To avoid going through the certificate acceptance prompt each time, use a third party
certificate authority (CA) to obtain a signed certificate. See “Importing a Signed SSL Server
Certificate” on page 80, for details.
