The Service Bypass Panels provide a wrap

around system to allow easy maintenance

of a UPS by isolating it from the critical

load. The panels can be rack (2U) or wall

mounted and are available with an

integrated Power Distribution Unit (PDU).

APC Service Bypass Panel Standard features: SBP1500RMI 5 1 3 Bypass/UPS switch allows the switching of the supply to the load between the incoming supply and the UPS, so the UPS can be isolated for maintenance. 2 Equipment Outlets allowing the SBP to support multiple loads. 3 Output receptacle to feed UPS input. 4 Input receptacle to receive the output from the UPS. 5 Input receptacle to receive the external supply (utility). 6 Equipment outlet circuit breaker providing outlet protection.
