APEC Booster Pumped R.O. SYSTEM:

Installation Addendum

How to install your RO-PUMP system:

The steps for installing the Booster Pumped RO system is the same as the included manual.

Please follow the direction in the Installation Manual from pages 1-12.

When you get to Step 6: “Connecting The System” in the manual (page 13), please use

this Addendum for “Summary of Tubing Connections”. Once tubing connections are

completed, proceed to page 14 - “Details on Tubing Connections”.

Step 6: Connecting The System

There are 4 connections:

Point A to X: Connect RO to COLD water supply — Red tubing.

Point G to Y: Connect product water from 5

-stage filter to tank — Yellow tubing*.

Point H to Z: Connect product water from 5

-stage output to dispensing faucet — Clear tubing.

Drain line to W: Connect waste water from 4

-stage membrane to the drain pipe — Black tubing.

* Note: The Yellow tubing is a 2-way line. Product water enters and leaves the tank via this

same line.

Fig. 10 Plug in Power after you have installed your system and opened the feed water to the unit. The Transformer and the Pump each has a “plastic connector piece”. Join these 2 pieces together to connect the Transformer to the pump. Connect the Pump’s Transformer into an electrical outlet. This will activate the Booster Pump on your system. Fittings Type: To Connect: All the fittings on the Booster-Pumped RO head are “Quick-Connect” type fittings.
