System Settings
1. DVR NameThis is the name to be used by the DVR server.
2. LocationThe location of where the DVR server is.
3. Description–ThedescriptionofthespecicDVRserver.
4. Initial Overlay Screen – Displays the default screen layout when the DVR server starts.
5. Video Signal – Displays the current video signal.
6. SMTP Server – Displays the SMTP server address.
7. Username – Displays the username to be used when validating for the SMTP server.
8. Password – Displays the password to be used when validating for the SMTP server.
9. Date/Time and Time Zone Option – Option to enable the setup of either the date/time or the time
zone.
10.Date/Time Setup – Enables the setup of the date and time for the DVR.
11. Time Zone Setup – Enables the setup of the time zone for the DVR.
12.Set Date and Time OptionWhen this is selected, it will reset the DVR settings for the date/time
or the time zone depending on what option was selected.
13.Restore Defaults – Restores the default settings.
14.Apply – Saves the settings.

1. DVR Name – This is the name to be used by the DVR server. If the DVR server will be registered
to the DDNS server, then the DVR Name must be unique per client account.
2. Location The location of where the DVR server is.
DDNS Server Settings
3. DDNS ServerAddress of DDNS server.
4. Port The port to be used for the DDNS server.
5. Update Alive Status Indicates how often the DVR server will update the DDNS server on the
online status of the DVR server.
6. Send Alarm – Indicates how often the DVR server will update the DDNS server on the status of the
alarms of the DVR server.
7. Auto Connect to DDNS Server To set the server to automatically connect the DDNS server at
startup, check this option.
8. Ports – Displays the various ports used by the DVR and related applications.
9. Restore Defaults – Restores the default settings.
10. Apply – Saves the settings.
